Refund policy
We accept most returns up to 14 days after date of delivery as indicated by the designated shipping carrier. Any request for a return must be emailed to orders@homeinncandle.com detailing the request and reason for a return. All items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for return.
This is also a 7-day service period: where any reports of damage, defect, missing items/missing parts, incorrect item(s) received, etc. must be sent to orders@homeinncandle.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any shipping damages must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Please send photos of damages and packaging to orders@homeinncandle.com

Buyer's remorse is not eligible for any cancellation, return, refund or credit.
Gift cards, items on “sale”, subscriptions and any electronic downloads are not eligible for refunds/returns/cancellations
